Kickbd's Terms & Conditions

Kickbd operates the kickbd.ws website and all associated services. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between kickbd and its users. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kickbd platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

Kickbd's terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Kickbd provides services exclusively to adult residents of Bangladesh. Users from countries where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to use kickbd. kickbd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time without providing a reason.

To create an account on kickbd, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You must provide complete and accurate information at the time of registration.
• Each person may only register one account.
• Kickbd employees are not permitted to place bets on the platform.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Kickbd may verify a user's identity at any time for security purposes. A national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested as part of this process. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential. The user is fully responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorisation, contact kickbd Support immediately.

Before placing a bet on kickbd, please review the specific rules for each event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, kickbd reserves the right to void or recalculate bets under certain specific circumstances.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If a technical error is detected in the odds calculation.
• If evidence of match fixing or irregularities is found.
• If fraudulent activity is detected on a user's account.

Live Betting

Kickbd's live betting feature lets you place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. Odds can change rapidly during live events, and kickbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend live betting on certain events.

Kickbd's analytics section can help you make more informed betting decisions. However, kickbd does not guarantee the outcome of any bet — betting always carries risk.

Kickbd supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All payment transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if the bonus terms have not been fulfilled.

Kickbd does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, for which kickbd accepts no responsibility.

Kickbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (typically deposit + bonus × 10–30x).
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the terms are not fulfilled within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Kickbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit system loopholes will give kickbd the right to terminate the account and forfeit all bonuses. kickbd is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent bonus system at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kickbd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate kickbd's software or systems.
• Abusing the bonus system or transferring balances between accounts.
• Spreading false information in the name of or on behalf of kickbd.
• Using kickbd for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.

Kickbd is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment. All users are expected to act with honesty and integrity.

Kickbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• If a self-exclusion is requested under responsible betting.

Users can close their account at any time by contacting kickbd support via their registered email. Please make sure all withdrawals are completed before closing the account.

• Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
